The apps
We license Cartoon & Anime: Toonvix AI, Hair TryOn: Hairzy AI, Outfit Maker & TryOn: Closy AI, House Design & AI: Homzy AI, AI Photo Video: VeoSnap AI, Nail Design TryOn: Nailio AI, Babby AI, Car Tuning: Tunly AI, Beard TryOn: Groomly AI, and related sites for personal, non-commercial use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Accounts and purchases
Paid features are sold by Apple or Google. Their refund and subscription rules apply. Restore purchases in the store account you used to buy.
Your content
You must have the right to use photos and text you submit. Do not upload others’ photos without permission, or illegal or infringing content. Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it to harm others. We may limit or refuse access if these terms are broken.
Disclaimer
The apps are provided “as is”. Generation quality depends on your photo, the model, and network conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $10 if you paid nothing.
